Study the ideas and impact of the greatest Civil Rights leaders through their speeches and letters, beginning in the era of Reconstruction and moving through the Civil Rights Movement of the mid-20th Century. This Seminar is relevant to American History and Government teachers, as well as English teachers who’d like to incorporate more informational and rhetoric-heavy texts into their course readings.
