This Seminar will focus on the many issues and concerns that the First Congress considered, such as The Bill of Rights, Religious Liberty, Free Speech, The Judiciary Act to name a few. The First Congress established precedents for the Legislative Branch and tested boundaries with the Executive Branch and President Washington.
